Richard joined European Christian Mission (ECM) in 1992. After language study he moved to Trento in northern Italy and has been there for the past thirteen years.

Richard is working in a church which became independent and self-governing a few years ago. He is helping this needy church by teaching, working with the leaders, training new leaders and developing the cell group ministry which started in 2003. His main interest is to help the church with outreach to the many towns and valleys around Trento, where there are no evangelical churches in these places.

Richard also has a strategic ministry using the computer and internet; distributing the Bible in Italian, providing resources to study the Bible and answering diverse questions about the Bible and Christianity. He is married to Pinuccia and they have a new daughter, Stefania.
