Graeme and Carol are working with SIM (Serving in Mission) as members of the International Staff. They returned to live in Sydney in mid 2006 after 5 1/2 years in the SIM International Office in the USA where Graeme was the Director of Administration. Graeme and Carol attend 9.00am church. Graeme's primary ministry role now is SIM's Advocate for Business Ministries (which aim to link legitimate business activities with strategic ministry objectives). He is still involved in running leadership and management training courses for SIM personnel. He also provides advice to SIM Offices in the area of corporate governance. He is a member of the SIM Australia National Council.

Carol serves as Graeme's Personal Assistant. She is a member if the SIM New South Wales Council.

SIM is an international mission organisation which describes itself as "a community of God's people who delight to worship Him and are passionate about the Gospel, seeking to fufill the mission of Jesus Christ in the world." It has more than 1600 missionaries serving in 50 countries.
